The port charges between mainland ports and Hong Kong 、Macao、Taiwan shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the present Measures concerning the import and export of goods and containers for international shipping vessels and foreign trade.
The charging fees for other ports shall be formulated in accordance with the pricing authority and the specific scope of application stipulated in the local pricing catalog and can be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Measures.
The charges for the ship's pilotage (shifting) of the Yangtze River will be stipulated separately.
Article 5 The shipowner, the shipper or his agent shall submit the written information of payers to the port operator, manager or pilot station no later than the date on which the ship arrives. If the import and export manifests and relevant information provided by the shipowner or his agent are incorrect or need to be changed, the port operator, manager or pilot organization shall be notified in writing before unloading or loading.
Article 14 Foreign trade import goods and containers stay at intermediate port and no longer proceed to destination port or other port by means of water transport for any reason, the port facility security fee shall be collected by the intermediate port; For any reason to stay in the intermediate port and do not go through the customs clearance procedures and continue to be transported to the original destination port or other ports, port facilities security fees shall be collected by the arrival port.
Except Dalian, Yingkou, Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Yantai, Qingdao, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shantou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhanjiang, Fangcheng, Haikou, Yangpu, Basuo, the pilot fee will plus the pilot surcharge, the maximum surcharge does not exceed 0.30 RMB per charge t.

Article 27 The tug fee is linked with the fuel price, the rate standard should be adjusted properly when the price of fuel increases sharply or the fall affects the larger change of the operation cost of the tug.
Article 46 The port operator provides water supply (sotres), oil supply (gas), power supply, garbage collection and treatment, and sewage and water receiving and handling services for the ship, and collect supply service fee to the shipowner or his agent .
Detailed calculation method:
1) Harbour dues/port dues
