In addition, the loading and unloading of hazardous chemicals requires an additional 25% fee on the basis of the general cargo loading and unloading fee (for example, the unit price of methanol loading and unloading is 25 riyals/ton). When a ship arrives at the port, it must pay a port arrival fee of 1,000 Saudi riyals/time, a departure fee of 1,000 Saudi riyals/time, and a ship garbage disposal fee of 100 Saudi riyals/day or part of the day. The general cargo loading and unloading fee is charged at 20 Saudi riyals/ton or cubic meter (the higher of the two). If the owner and his equipment of the exported bagged cement load and unload it by themselves, it will be 8 Saudi riyals/ton. Compliance declaration and cost accounting are still the core links of cost control.

Customs clearance at Dammam Airport: After landing , E-PORTS will lead the crew members to the designated window to apply for transit visas in a timely manner (Note: Syrian/Yemeni crew members are prohibited from entering, and there are no special restrictions for other nationalities).
Mandatory buffer period : The crew members cannot board the ship on the same day and need to complete the biometric information collection (palm print + iris), double verification of seaman's certificate and passport, and sign a religious taboo commitment letter at the port immigration bureau the next day.
