On July 10th, the "Commencement Ceremony of Full Intelligent Reconstruction Project on Xiamen Port Container Terminal " was held in Xiamen International Shipping Science and Technology Innovation Center, and Hairun Terminal will become the first container terminal with full intelligent reconstruction in China. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021. According to the person in charge of Xiamen Port Holding Group, the full intelligent transformation of the container terminal is a milestone in the transformation and upgrading of the container terminal business in Xiamen Port. Information technologies such as Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and 5G have gradually matured, providing important technical support for the intelligent transformation of terminals. "All-intelligent transformation is an inevitable choice to adapt to national policies. It is an important measure to implement the Outline of Building a Powerful Country in Transportation and the Layout and Construction Plan of National Logistics Hub. It is an important part of the construction of smart ports in Xiamen Port and an important means to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of ports." The person in charge said.

The full intelligent reconstruction project of container terminal has sounded the horn of Xiamen Port container terminal towards intelligence in an all-round way. It is reported that the construction experience and scheme of this project can be quickly popularized and copied to other terminals of Xiamen Container Terminal Group. 厦门港启动集装箱码头全智能化改造

7月10日，“厦门港集装箱码头全智能化改造工程开工仪式”在厦门国际航运科创中心举行，海润码头将成为全国首个全智能化改造的集装箱码头。该项目计划2021年底完工，将探索集装箱码头向智能化码头改造的一体化解决方案，不仅提升厦门港国际竞争力，更将形成可复制可推广的标杆案例，推动全行业科技进步。

厦门港务控股集团负责人介绍，集装箱码头全智能化改造，是厦门港集装箱码头业务转型升级的里程碑。物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、5G等信息技术逐步成熟，为码头智能化转型提供了重要的技术支撑。“全智能化改造是适应国家政策的必然选择，是落实《交通强国建设纲要》、《国家物流枢纽布局和建设规划》等重要举措，是厦门港智慧港口建设的重要内容，是增强港口综合竞争力重要手段。”该负责人说。

厦门集装箱码头集团介绍，集团前期已开展大量工作，通过调研、技术交流，先后进行了岸桥远控、龙门吊远控、岸边智能装卸、无人驾驶拖车测试等试点，结合已经成熟推广的集装箱智慧物流平台建设经验，厦门集装箱码头集团已经具备了全智能化改造的经验与基础，因此，启动集装箱码头全智能化改造的时机已基本成熟。
